No! It isn't a song! Lol. Am not singing or creating a song. When I can't Sleep, is my real situation when writing this article. Yea, I don't know what's up with me. It's very difficult for me to sleep early these days. Yea, actually, sleeping early [at about 9 - 10 pm] is not my habit. Usually, I go to bed around 11 - 12 pm. :D
But now, it getting worse. And put me in difficulties, actually. I need rest, and we knew that good rest, specially at night time, is come from sleep, right? Then what should I do to become fall a sleep? Googling and browsing, then I got this information, and I will try. It says like this;
Start by trying to take your mind off any racing thoughts.
Picture a relaxing scene that involves sleep and build that scene in your mind. So, let's say your scene has you lying in a beach hammock under the stars. Imagine what the waves sound like. Are there other sounds, like palm trees rustling? What sensations do you feel (like the hammock swaying, or maybe a warm breeze blowing)? Is anyone else there with you? Focus completely on this scene for a while.
Hm, I don't think it is an easy step. For me, its difficult to ask my mind to imagine. :) But I will try. I will focus my mind and imagine that I am lying in a Kuta Beach, starring at the stars and listening the whistle blows and the waves sound. Hm..., yea, I were there! And you know what? This first step, succeed. I don't need to step to the next one. I am feeling sleepy now, and excuse me, I wanna go to bed now, before my eyes awake widely. Good Nite, dear Friends!
